APGL Institute serves as an experiential learning site where college students apply classroom knowledge through supervised work in sports management, business operations, marketing, leadership, workforce development, and community engagement.

Athletes and non-athletes are encouraged to apply. Applicants may participate in leadership development, workforce readiness, experiential learning, athletic programs, or a combination of these opportunities.
